Sick for so many days....weak immune system? - stomach flu right before i go on vacation
I am in the 8th Class, and so far, is in the second quarter of the school year almost over, I had the stomach flu for three days, asthmatic bronchitis for a week (the week) before the Christmas holiday and we now have some pain from the infection. Does this mean that you have a weakened immune system? Is there any kind of disease related what I do? What do you think? Thank you in advance. This is my 11th Day of illness in these parts! I do not want to miss no longer in school!

Next try the things that weaken the immune system, such as junk food, toxins, avoid stress, and sugars are examples. These things cause the body too acidic, the preferred country for developing the disease.
Here are some steps to strengthen the immune system.
Get enough rest.
By not allowing your body enough rest, your body is more likely to get sick with common illnesses. A healthy, deep sleep allows our body produces large amounts of growth hormone, which stimulates the immune system and supports the growth and repair of the body.
Exercise regularly and moderately
An increase in blood flow associated with moderate exercise helps antibodies along with white blood cells needed to fight the infection to spread quickly. Therefore, this provides our bodies with a warning system to prevent potentially harmful germs. Moreover, the increase in body temperature after physical activity can help to inhibit the growth of bacteria,llowing the body fight infections better use.
Eliminate toxins (detox)
The purification of the body is important because our bodies are actually the toxic buildup that has formed in our intestines (colon), which can lead to illness and disease must be eliminated. Our organs and tissues must be free of poison in our bodies the best works which our body needs the essential nutrients our bodies to be preserved.
Drink lots of water.
Water is important for all living things and keeps our body functioning optimally while improving the way they feel, look and live. Without enough water, you may feel tired routine, dry skin, headache, constipation and a decrease in normal body functions that cause your body can not fight the disease.
Eat a balanced diet and eliminate all sugar from your diet.
